General Questions

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is in the "preparing for shipment," "shipped," or "delivered" status, we cannot accept any modifications.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

  • Secure Payment by Credit Card: We can also accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • PayPal: Toronto Trend uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

In what currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are based on EUR. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding rate based on the currency selected on the website.

Do you offer a payment option in 3 or 4 installments?
We accept payments in 3 installments.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. We offer payment via PayPal and credit card.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you have placed your order, processing usually takes 3 to 11 days. The shipping time depends on the delivery method you have chosen.

How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What if I’m not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to set a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you selected. You may need to go to the local post office to pick up your package if it cannot be delivered to you.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item should not have been used in any way.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges, and they follow the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, please mention that you would like to exchange your item for another when preparing your return with our support.

Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service for a Return Address. Once you have the address, securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. In some cases, return shipping is free. If you return an item for a reason that is not due to an error on sowhatwish.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the refund, exchange, or credit will be processed within 14 days of your return being accepted by our services.
